Whether it’s because your baby is channeling Moby Dick and is breeching spectacularly, your uterus has already been under the knife before, your labour is never ending or one of the many other reasons, a cesarean/c-section may be in your future. Usually, most women don’t aim to have a c-section and are consequently left with little to no time to prepare for how different the 6-8 weeks post-birth plan is going to be. And that can be a tad unsettling to say the least. Not only have you welcomed a fragile new life into this world, your body is in a pretty fragile state too.
